Overview
Vibration Laboratory Ball Mill , also called as vibration mill, is a new type of high efficiency powder milling equipment. It has three types of single cylinder, double cylinders and three cylinders. Lab vibrating ball mill is easy to operate, reliable in work, easy to clean, strong in adaptability to working conditions, without any environmental pollution, and it can be used for dry and wet grinding.
Optional liners for cylinder: 304 or 316L stainless steel, alumina ceramic (corundum), zirconium oxide, nylon, polyurethane, PTFE, PP or PE, and etc..
Working Principle
Vibration Laboratory Ball Mill mainly consists of frame, chassis, vibration exciter, grinding cylinder, spring, motor and so on. When the machine is started, the motor drives the vibrator to produce exciting force and make the grinding cylinder a continuous vibration of high frequency and small amplitude. As rotation and relative movement of grinding media make materials impacted and crushed frequently, and finally achieving purpose of crushing and milling materials.
